Cancellation policies

 

Cancellation Policies for Oceans Unlimited Costa Rica

 

If necessary, please report cancellations by telephone, email or fax.

 

Unfortunately, there will be no refund of deposits on cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the confirmed pick up time for any tour (deposit is 50% of total price). All cancellations made less than 48 hours before activity will be charged in full. A no show or arriving too late to participate in activity will be charged in full. Please understand that most of our bookings are in advance and late cancellations are very difficult to fill. A credit card deposit is taken to reserve the activity and that will be charged for the full cost of your reserved activities if you cancel inside the 48 hour policy period.
Cancellation Summary

 

  • Cancellations more than 2 weeks before date of your first activity
    - FULL REFUND
  • Cancellations 14 – 3 days before the date of your first activity
    - No refund of 50% Deposit
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of first activity
    - Activity charged IN FULL
  • Group tours (6 PAX+) or private charters or none local trips
    (eg. out side of the Quepos / Manuel Antonio area) – Cancellations less than 7 days before youractivity – Charged IN FULL

 

If we have to cancel a pre-paid tour due to weather or unsafe conditions, we will re-schedule your tour only if suitable to both parties or refund you in full. If there are any questions in regard to these policies, please contact us.

 

Cano Cancellation Summary

 

Cano trips are charged 50% to confirm and then in full 3 days before departure.Refunds are only available due to cancellation from weather or unsafe conditions.
