Meet our Staff

He set up Oceans Unlimited in 2005 and is now enjoying the life style of PADI Dive Instructor, Dive Shop Manager, Mr Fixit and boat captain in Costa Rica. She runs all our professional and technical dive programs here at the center. She also has the tiring job of being mum to dive dog, Damo and new terror on the block Pandora. [one_half][profile name=” James JT Timney” role=”Lead Instructor” img=”http://trial.scubadivingcostarica.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/04/IMG_6555.jpg” ]PADI Master Instructor and our lead instructor, JT has joined us for the stress free scuba life after retiring from the US Army after 26 years of stress in the military. Now adjusting to his Pura Vida lifestyle in Costa Rica, He is also a Disabled Diving Instructor and is looking forward to assisting us to become a Disabled Diver Dive Center.  Additionally he will be working towards his Technical Dive certifications later this year.  He is also our certified Boy Scouts of America Scuba Diving Merit Badge Counselor.  elite instructorWhen not wearing those hats  he is scuba diving the beautiful warm waters of Manuel Antonio on a regular basis!

She steadily has worked her way up the PADI ladder and now has achieved her goal of PADI Assistant Instructor. You will find her running the main office and organizing trips and courses as well as divemastering and assisting on spanish courses.[/profile][/one_half_last]

One of our newest instructors at GoPro Costa Rica & Oceans Unlimited, Lindley Barrow is  originally from North Carolina. Lindley first learned to dive off the east coast in cold waters on deep wrecks. When not enjoying the warm weather, the sun and the fun of instructing and diving the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, she can usually be found hanging on beautiful Manuel Antonio beach or catching a night out on the town in Quepos!

The Muttley Crew

This is a very important job and ensures that there is always a comfy place to put your feet. Can be found checking up on day to day dive activities and cooling off in the pool. If you are lucky he will greet you with an open eye but rarely does.
